Coaching Packages Terms and Conditions
Please review these terms and conditions carefully before proceeding with the 1:1 consultation. By booking a session, you acknowledge and agree to abide by these terms. Should you have any questions or require further clarification, please feel free to reach out.
General:
I am a trained, certified Potty Training and Elimination Communication consultant and Aware Parenting instructor, but I am not medically trained and therefore I do not make medical diagnoses. However, I can support the identification of sleep and behavioural issues as well as bladder and bowel issues and suggest when medical or other professional support may be necessary. Parents hold full responsibility for their child’s health.
Pre-consultation and follow-up
You will receive a questionnaire by email upon booking. I would appreciate if you could send it back at least 24 hours before our initial session.
The first consultation includes a follow up email with the consultation notes for your guidance and where appropriate I also include useful links as well as practical tips and articles to support you. I aim to send it within 24 hours of the consultation, though occasionally I may need more time.
Working hours:
My working days are Monday, Wednesday and Friday (and every other Saturday morning), from 9:15-17:00.
If you choose to have support from me via WhatsApp, I will respond to messages Monday – Thursday between 9:30 – 17:00 and Friday mornings.
1. Consultation Sessions:
a. All 1:1 consultations will be conducted virtually via video call or phone, unless otherwise agreed upon. Please let me know at the start if you would like me to record the session for you.
b. The duration of each consultation session will be as specified in the chosen package and scheduled in advance.
c. Sessions must be booked and completed within the agreed time frame:
- For the Essential Package, sessions must be booked and completed within 2 months.
- For the Container Package, sessions must be booked and completed within 16 weeks.
2. Payment:
a. Payment for the chosen package is required in advance to secure the consultation sessions.
c. No refunds will be provided, but sessions can be rescheduled.
3. Cancellation and Rescheduling:
a. If you need to cancel or reschedule a consultation session, please provide at least 24 hours' notice.
b. Cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before the scheduled session may be considered as a completed session.
4. Confidentiality:
a. All information shared during the 1:1 consultations will be kept strictly confidential.
b. Personal information and any details shared about your family and parenting experiences will be handled with utmost care and privacy.
5. Email support:
Unless we’ve specifically discussed it, I don’t provide email support because it’s much more effective to troubleshoot via Zoom. Often, one seemingly simple question is only the tip of the iceberg that requires more delving and questioning on my part to get a sense of what is really going on. Because all children & families are unique I don’t use a “one-size-fits-all” approach. Writing emails is time consuming for both parties (the parents & me), therefore email support is not cost effective or practical for this kind of process.
6. Results and Individual Differences:
a. While I strive to provide valuable support, it is important to acknowledge that results may vary for each individual and family.
b. Parenting approaches and outcomes can be influenced by various factors, including but not limited to a child's temperament, family dynamics, and external circumstances.
